Reform is dire within the child welfare system.  It is important to make changes NOW because children are not getting the proper care to maintain a healthy well-being or create a solid foundation to set their independence. Reform with hopes to improve current conditions and limit existing negative impacts on the future of children experiencing orphanage include:
